Donating Your Registration Fee

If you cancel your registration or we cancel an event, you will be given the option to receive a refund as provided in this policy or to donate the available portion of your registration fee and the cost of any add-ons to Cascade. Cascade is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations are tax-deductible within the limits of applicable law.

What will your donation do? It will support our operations, including helping us create in-person bicycle education programming, advocating for stronger bike safety laws and more trails to ride, making a difference for youth and adults learning to ride bikes, and ensuring that STP and other events continue for many years to come. Your registration fee for the Seattle To Portland (STP) also supports funding for our sister organization, Washington Bikes, which passed the Safety Stop, the vulnerable user law, and protects statewide funding for folks who bike, walk, and roll.

Refunds

By default, refunds will be made to the original payment method. We will contact you if we are unable to process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 30 days after the refund request for processing.
