Volunteers are essential to every aspect of Cascade and assist in anything from our signature rides to our Free Group Rides program, after-school bike clubs and everything in between. Depending on your interests, skills, or availability, we have a way for you to get involved!

Volunteers Needed for Woodinville Wine Ride!
We're short on volunteers and need your help! Come volunteer at the Woodinville Wine Ride this Sunday, September 8, to make this casual wine-sipping event a success! Examples of open positions include: start/finish line support where excitement is high, rest stop staff at local wineries, or truck unloading at Cascade HQ. As a benefit, you can pick up a a set of tasting tickets during your shift and enjoy each of the wineries afterwards.
If you have a community group in mind to help support a role, email volunteer@cascade.org and we’ll work with you to get them trained and ready.

Major Taylor Project
Attend MTP after-school clubs and ensure students are safe, supported, and having fun! Volunteers assist Ride Leaders in teaching the students the basics of safe cycling, group riding, and so much more! Equity and justice lense required.
Outriders
The Cascade Outriders are a highly skilled and experienced volunteer group that provides ride support for logistical, mechanical, traffic, and minor medical incidents in addition to providing information and moral support to riders.
Food Bank Support Rides
Our mission is to deliver pedal-powered food and goods to food-insecure neighbors, all from the seat of a cargo-carrying bicycle. Plus it’s just fun to ride your bike with a purpose! We serve marginalized communities across Seattle.
