Instructions
If you had to buy a meal, snacks, coffee, or supplies for an event, please save your receipts and upload them to this form.

All Volunteers
If you are buying supplies for an event, please save your receipts and add them below.

Route Markers
We will reimburse you for a meal, snacks, and coffee -- up to $75 a day while you are out route marking. This is a very generous reimbursement policy, please do not take advantage of it.

Support Drivers (single-day events)
Please stop by the event Start / Finish Line and Rest Stops to get meals, snacks, and coffee.

Support Drivers (multi-day events)
Please stop by the event Start / Finish Line and Lunch Stop to get meals, snacks, and coffee as much as you can. If you are not able to eat at the Start / Finish Line or Lunch Stop then Cascade will pay up to $75 a day for meals, snacks, and coffee.

During our busiest time of year (Late April though August) it may take up to a month for you to receive your reimbursement check.

Volunteer mileage reimbursement form

Instructions
If you drove or biked while you were on your volunteer shift, please submit your miles below.
The mileage rate is 67 cents per mile if you drive and 33.5 cents per mile if you bike.

Route Markers
Car - Please take a photo of your odometer once you start your route marking session. At the end of your route marking session take another photo of your odometer.

Bicycle - Please use Ride With GPS, Strava, or another ride-tracking app to track your mileage while you are riding your bike. Start tracking your miles when you are at the start of your route marking session and stop tracking your ride at the end of your route marking session.

Support Drivers (single and multi-day events)
1- Once you arrive on the route and are available to support riders, take a photo of your odometer.

2- At the end of your volunteer shift, take another photo of your odometer
