Meet Wenmei: Cascade Member, STP Ambassador, and Free Group Ride Leader

  • Gen: X
  • Residence: Seattle, WA
  • Loves how there's "no one way" to be a cyclist in the Cascade community  – fast, slow, long, short, there's a group of riders for you.

Meet Kay, Cascade Bicycle Club member

  • Gen: Millennial
  • Residence: Bellevue, WA
  • Kay was introduced to Cascade in 2025 and completed both the Cascade Training Series (CTS) and STP (in two days) that year. She rode STP again in 2026 (this time, in one day!) and added Flying Wheels to her list of completed rides.
  • In Cascade, Kay's found new friendships and a sense of community, especially among strong women who share the same passion for exercise, self-improvement, and support for others.
