Ride Classifications
Free Group Rides are classified by ride characteristics such as pace, terrain, starting location/region, regroup frequency, interest or theme and weather cancellation policy.
Cycling Out Of Sumner (COOS)
A multi-pace progressive spring and early summer training series that starts in the South Sound and goes all over, building up to a century ride two weeks before the Seattle to Portland (STP) event.
Midweek Eastside Evening Training Series (MEETS)
MEETS rides are from April through August or September on Wednesday evenings. MEETS ride starts are out of Sixty Acres in Redmond.
Winter Training Series (WTS)
Held in January-March, these rides are a great way to get in some early season training with a natural buildup of miles and elevation gain while enjoying the company of other riders.
Ride On After Dark (ROAD)
ROAD is the winter continuation of the MEETS midweek ride series. We ride Wednesday evenings From September or October through March from downtown Redmond, at four paces: Steady, Moderate and Brisk.
North End Rides Before Dark (NERDS)
20-30 mile early evening rides from April through September, departing from the Lynnwood Transit Center, exploring western Snohomish County and northern King County.
Hills of the West Coast
A year-round weekly ride for those who like hills. Pace is usually Strenuous. We ride hard but emphasize fun and safety.
Friday Riders
Held most Fridays, starting from various locations around the Sound. These are social, leisurely-paced rides with a lunch or food stop along the way.
Eastside Tours
Evening rides in Redmond or Bellevue exploring the Eastside at a brisk pace. Our goal is safe, interesting, and challenging brisk rides. Hills are always included.
Cycle Tuesdays / More Cycle Tuesdays
Paceline skills, safe group riding, and fitness are the focal points for the Cycle Tuesday and More Cycle Tuesday rides.
Climbing Hills Everywhere Winter (CHEW)
Held on Sundays, from January through March, with routes focused on climbing local hills to gain fitness.
