CTS 2025 Yellow #8: Magnuson - Everett - Snohomish

This ride: Epic! 80 miles with 3244 ft. of climbing. Starting from Cascade headquarters, our route takes us north to Everett, via Green Lake, Innis Arden, Woodway, Edmonds, Paine Field, and then a loop in the back roads of Snohomish before stopping for lunch and heading back home.

NOTE: We will observe and NOT exceed all posted speed limits on the Burke-Gilman trail and all other trails.

Please be at the ride start and ready ride and to start the SMART talk\briefing at 8am followed by departure shortly after 8am. 

Be prepared with a personal recovery plan in case of a situation or mechanical which prohibits you from completing the ride.  Be prepared and know how to fix a flat. Advise you have two water bottles, electrolytes and sun protection.

Rest stops:

• 0mi Cascade Bicycle Club (water, restrooms)
• 17 miles- Edmonds park, bathroom and water
• 27 miles- Beverly Park in Mukilteo - bathroom, water only available in sinks.
• 41 miles - Snohomish, bathroom, water only available in sinks
• 52 miles - 30 minute Lunch Break and Haggen market in Snohomish
• 61 miles - Maltby Park.  Bathroom and water
• 73 miles - Logboom Park.  Bathroom and water
• 80 miles - Ride finish, Cascade Club restrooms not open

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will cancel the ride and all registered riders will be sent a notification email. If the ride is cancelled at least two hours before the start, Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location. Please check email before leaving for the ride.
