Interurban & Burke-Gilman Loop Evening Ride

Join us for a ride from Woodland Park on a 21 mile route at a steady pace of 12-14mph.

This will be a nice evening ride to de-stress after a day's work!

Let's meet at the All-Star Baseball Field near the restrooms at Woodland Park and please be ready to ride at 6:00pm. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together. We will regroup after going down the long hill on Perkins Way. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH).

Restrooms are available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water at miles at Animal Acres Park (after Perkins Way) where there is a honey bucket.

(OPTIONAL) For those interested, join the ride leader after the ride at the Blue Star Cafe at 4512 Stone Way North for a dinner/drinks and to socialize.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Bring a light in case it gets dark before we finish (or your ride home afterwards). Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancelation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
