KEEPING RIDERS SAFE
- Advance registration required for all participants. If you decide not to ride, please click Cancel My Registration below to open space for others. (How to cancel)
- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

All Blue/Green Riders should be ready to ride at 8:00 am at the Kent/James St Park & Ride. You should arrive with enough time to unload your bike and use the Porta-Potty, which is located nearby, so leave yourself enough time to take care of business. Please be sure to carry enough nourishment to last until mile 57 our first scheduled food stop of the ride.
Blue/Green Ride #9 of the Cascade Training Series takes us on a 90-mile ride from the Kent/James St Park & Ride to Enumclaw by way of the Interurban Trail, Green Valley, Ravensdale, Hobart, Kanaskat & Cumberland. We will wind our way through quiet rural roads in South King and Pierce Counties and ride back through Sumner and finish with a nice stretch on the Interurban Trail.
There will be restroom stops at the following points during the ride.
