KEEPING RIDERS SAFE

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

All Blue/Green Riders should be ready to ride at 8:00 am at Renton Old City Hall. You should arrive with enough time to unload your bike and use the restrooms located in nearby Liberty Park so leave yourself enough time to take care of business.
Blue/Green Ride #7 of the Cascade Training Series takes us on a 71-mile ride from Renton Old City Hall to The Black Diamond area by way of Lake Washington, 196th and Lake Meridian. We'll wind our way through quiet rural roads in South King County plus a nice ride back through Green Valley and along the Green River. There will be restroom stops at the following points during the ride.
