KEEPING RIDERS SAFE
- Advance registration required for all participants. If you decide not to ride, please click Cancel My Registration below to open space for others. (How to cancel)
- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Come join us for a fun leisurely holiday figure 8 route through Kent and Auburn on the last Sunday of 2019. We will ride 10-12 mph on the flats, ride on trails and roads, regroup often, and make every effort to stay together. There may also be stops for pictures! Please bring all tools and tubes needed to fix a flat, as well as a plan if you need a pick up. Bring water, snacks, and cash and join me for lunch after at BBQ Pete's.
Our start location will be at Van Doren's Landing Park. The facilities/restrooms are closed for the season, so please come prepared. However there will be a couple opportunities for porta potty stops along the way. Please be courteous to your fellow riders and arrive at least 20 minutes prior (9:40 a.m.) to the start to prepare your bike, listen to the S.M.A.R.T safety ride briefing and allow us to leave on time.
Please RSVP by clicking the red "Register Now" button above and filling out the electronic waiver form. This will save you time at the start.
Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
