- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Sometimes you just wanna push a bit and then have a nice lunch and, later, ice cream. If you've ever had that thinking, this is your ride!
Route: We will start on 175th east of Logboom. Please don't park at the park itself, there are too few spots on these sunny summer days. From there, we'll head north up through Lynnwood and into Everett, then over to Snohomish for lunch at the bakery. Continuing east, we'll cut through the corner of Monroe, then south to Maltby for an ice cream dessert. The final bit will be downhill through Woodinville and back to the start.
Restrooms: There are bathrooms at the park, but again, park where we'll be starting and ride over and back to be courteous to park patrons.
Please Bring: Riders should bring necessary tools and supplies to fix flats. The ride leader and group will stop only for the ride leader's mechanicals, if any.
Registration: To save time at the start, please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button. No need to unregister if you aren't able to ride.
