Welcome to a trip around Lake Washington! We will start at Cascade and warm up quickly as you head north on Sandpoint Way NE.  After a fast downhill to Kenmore we will ride on the Burke Gilman Trail to Bothell, where we will begin riding south along the lake, going through Kirkland to Bellevue and a rest stop and chance to refill your water just before mile 18. You'll then head down through Bellevue and Renton, across the south end of the lake, and head back north up the other side of the lake. You'll climb to Seward Park for another rest stop before continuing on the familiar route from Seward Park back to Cascade.

There will not be an opportunity to buy food on this ride so bring plenty of snacks, a lunch, and two bottles of water if you can.

Please review the Comments Section before the morning of the ride for any final updates. Route may be updated there as well as weather updates, other information and cancellations.
