- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A ride through Renton, Hobart, Issaquah, Mercer Island and Seattle featuring a variety of terrain and some challenging but manageable climbing. Starting in Renton, we head out on the Cedar River trail to warm up our legs before our first climb on Cedar Grove Rd. Then out to Hobart and on to Issaquah for our next climb up Newport Way. Then a quick jaunt around Mercer Island before crossing the I-90 bridge and heading back to Renton. Approximately 62 miles, with about 2700' elevation gain.
