Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

We start in Renton at the old city hall and head out along Lake Washington with a quick bathroom stop at Gene Coulon prior to climbing up to Newcastle. We drop into Bellevue cross the slough and take a scenic ride around Mercer Island before crossing the bridge and heading out to our stop at Starbucks or the Madison Park Bakery before heading back to Renton via Rainier Avenue. Come enjoy a morning ride with a little pastry thrown in! In the event of damp weather, your use of fenders with mud flaps is greatly appreciated. Please arrive early so you can get ready to ride and attend the safety briefing. Ride will be canceled in the event of steady rain decision will be made two hours prior and posted on Cascade web site, Ride Leader will not be at start in event of cancellation. Please check web site before going to start.
