Ladies, you don't have to be a fast climber to join in this group, this is not a race! We are here to encourage and empower one another to get stronger. As long as you are comfortable with the posted pace on the flats, don't worry about the rest. We will wait at the top of climbs to give all riders a chance to catch a breath before continuing. When using designated bicycle trails we will observe the posted speed limit. If you have any personal concerns about the pace or climbing please email Juli at the email address listed.
