Social ride to Alki via Interlaken, Lake Washington Blvd, I-90 trail to downtown, W Seattle bridge trail to Alki Trail.   After a coffee break at Starbuck's we will return to downtown Seattle.

We will head north along 2nd Ave to the Seattle Center and continue around the center prior to heading to  Lake Union Park where we will pick up the Cheshiahud Lake Union trail to Gas Work Park.

Snow, ice and showers will cancel this ride. A cancellation notice will be posted in comments section of this page 2 hours prior to start of ride. Leader will not be at start if ride is canceled.

Please be considerate of other riders and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start and be ready to ride at 10:30 am.

What Terrain Means

Terrain indicates the most common or average terrain type of the ride and should be considered relative to the length and overall difficulty of the ride. For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain. Consider the pace and frequency of regroup as well to understand how advanced a ride may be.

  • Mostly flat: Trails and/or mostly flat roads with a possible gentle uphill
  • Rolling: Climbs are short and easy, not too numerous
  • Some hills: A few short, steep hills, some moderate upgrades and/or longer gentle climbs
