  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Invitation: Come have fun, decorate your bike, wear your sweater and enjoy this social bike ride through Mill Creek Neighborhoods to look at decorated houses. The Elf and Santa's Choice decorating awards were done on Wednesday night so we can see the best of each neighborhood. This will be a social ride and due to the number of turns and slowing to look at lights it will be hard to maintain a moderate pace, but where there is a flat stretch of road, we will ride a moderate pace. There will be time for pictures, but we have to keep in mind that this is a group ride. No music please (city ordinance).

Where to find us: We will start from the parking lot behind LA Fitness in the Mill Creek Town Center.

  • The route in the link is the plan, but the Elf Awards have not been posted yet so there may be some slight deviations to see some once they are.
  • Be ready to ride at least 10 minutes before the start of the ride to check off your name or sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing. 
  • Front and rear lights are mandatory; no lights, no riding!
  • Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical. Bring a charged cellphone. 
  • Afterward we can go get hot chocolate or other drinks at one of the local restaurants in the Town Center.

I'm still planning to be at the start. If it gets too wet and people want to shorten up the route we can do so. Planning to get a hot drink at the end.
