  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a social ride on bike friendly streets and the 520 Trail. The ride continues through Medina, Bellevue (reststop), Beaux Arts and onto the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trail.  The ride returns through Bellevue to Bridle Trails at mile 22 for a coffee/snack stop before looping through Kirkland. There are hills, but we ride them at our own pace and always regroup at the top; everyone will get a workout.  Porta-potty available at start.

Please arrive in time to be ready to leave at the start time, 10:00 a.m.

Register - Please sign an e-waiver by clicking on the “Register Now” button at the top of this page (right below the ride title) and enter your information. If you cannot make the ride, you do not need to unregister.

Route - Download ridewithgps file or print route cue sheet.

Weather, Showers Cancel - The ride leaders will not be at the ride start should weather conditions meet that definition or worse (rain, snow, ice, fog, wind, etc.).  Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start.  If you have questions about the weather, please call the phone number listed in the Contact Information, preferably before you leave for the ride.
