Join the MUMPS (Monday Unemployed Merry Pedalers) for a ride from the Woodinville sports fields parking lot to Bellevue, Issaquah, and Redmond, with a lunch/refreshment stop at Issaquah Coffee (mile 26). There are three significant hills, and of course a few smaller ones. Climb and descend at your own pace, and regroup as necessary.

Restrooms and water are available at the start, at mile 16, and at the coffee stop.

Riders should be at the start 15 minutes early to ready their bikes and hear the safety/route talk, for a prompt 10am rollout.

The route/cue sheet is at the link below. Please download or print it if you want it during the ride.

Feel free to take my phone number so you can contact me if you have a problem while off the back.

Fenders are highly recommended and appreciated if the roads are wet. You can still ride with us without them, but if you are spraying those behind you we'll ask you to ride at the back. Also be sure to consider the potential for sun and heat, and bring plenty of water and sunscreen. Please be prepared to take care of flats or minor mechanicals, and have a way to get yourself home or back to start in case you are unable to complete the ride. We'll stop briefly to help if you need it.

Please register in advance on this website to save time at the start. (You need a CBC account, but you don't have to be a member to get one. Or you can register manually at the start.) You don't have to un-register if you can't make the ride.

In case of cancellation the ride leader will not be at the start and a cancellation notice will be posted in COMMENTS below at least two hours prior to start. Please check for potential cancellation prior to heading to the ride.

NOTE: Ride leader mentoring is available on this ride. If you have taken the ride leader training class and are looking for a mentoring ride, please contact me at least two days before the ride to make arrangements.

Why you have canceled the ride. I would like to know the reason for it. pure cbd oil Is it due to the corona disease spread in the India? If so it is a good decision from you. I hope you are planning to conduct this ride after all this.

I think some of the candidates cancelled the joining of the ride CBD Oil Gummies and it is still there the journey. People who love adventurous tasks can join this ride with every safety precaution. I am looking here for more updates and to keep up the good work.
