It's Issaquah Salmon Days time!  Let's go help Issaquah celebrate the return of the salmon by making our own journey from Old City Hall in Renton up the river (the Cedar), before climbing up to Issaquah-Hobart Road for a long descent into Issaquah.  We'll stop to check out the Salmon Days celebration, and to grab lunch at one of the many food booths featured there.  Back on the road, we'll climb up over Newport, and then down into Factoria, before riding Lake Washington Blvd back to Renton.  Pace will be Moderate, with regroups at the top of the hills.  Please bring a safe helmet, and tools and supplies for the inevitable curves that life throws (flats and minor mechanicals, for instance).  Steady rain will cancel; if that rain cancellation is made more than two hours prior to start time, your ride leader won't be at the start point.  Mentoring opportunities are available with prior arrangements.

Come down and enjoy a truly excellent local festival with us.  See you on Saturday!
