Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Ample parking and restrooms available at Three Friends Fishing Hole Park. We leave from there for a nice social ride starting with a flat warm up and including three climbs that are some work but not daunting. We will climb and descend at our own pace and regroup at the top of each climb and the bottom of each descent. Riders not waiting at the regroup locations will be considered off the ride and should continue on their own. There will be a picnic stop (bring your own food/drink) at about mile 18.5 (sanican, no water). Link to map and cue sheet below. Please arrive 20 minutes before start time to ready your bike and hear the safety talk.

Please RSVP by clicking on the red "Register Now" button under the ride title above, then checking the box for "Waiver Signature" and filling in the contact information. This will save us time at the start. Note that the on-line RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account, which is easy to set up, but if you don't want one of those just come anyway and sign the hard-copy attendance/hold harmless sheet.

The listed phone will not be answered on the morning of the ride. If weather conditions meet the "Showers cancel" criterion, I will post a ride-cancelled note in Comments, below, at least 2 hours prior and not go to the start. If the weather looks iffy, please check here before leaving for the ride
