Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Women's Ride

Starting at Willis Tucker park, we will ride out to Lost and Echo Lakes along country roads enjoying the scenery of farm fields and woods. There is a long 2 mile climb up Welch road, take it at your own pace and we will regroup at the top. On the way back through residential roads there is a short gravel/dirt trail which we will take slowly and regroup after. There are restrooms at the start and an optional restroom stop at 15 miles.

Make sure to bring all of your tools, tubes, and tire pump. The group depending on the circumstance will or will not wait for mechanical problems.

Please be courteous to your fellow riders and arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start to prepare your bike, listen to the ride briefing and allow us to leave on time.

Cancellations: In the event of a weather cancellation, a notice will be posted in the comments on this page at least 2 hours before the ride and the ride leader will not be at the ride start location.

Cue sheets will not be provided, please print one if desired.
