  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Celebrate Halloween by bicycle again this year as we ride some roads you have probably ridden and some you likely have not.  There will be a number of spooky creepy sights to see and some special Halloween treats for riders.  We will have a food/coffee break at Starbucks.   The start location has bathrooms.  Water could be turned off for the season so bring full water bottles.  Bring pocket food and money for the food/coffee stop. 

Please arrive and be ready to ride by 9:50 so we can have the SMART briefing and depart promptly at 10:00am. 

If you have a Cascade account you can pre-register by selecting the register button at the top of the posting.  Riders are also welcome to sign in at the start.  If you pre-register you do not need to un-register if your plans change.

Frosty or icy roads will also cancel this ride. Rain during the ride could amend the route.  In the event of inclement weather I will not be at the start but will post a cancellation notice in the comments section of this posting by 7:30am on ride day.  Please check the ride comments before driving to the start. 

The mileage and elevation gain listed are approximate.   I will be scouting out the most frightening sights and finalizing the route in time to bring cue sheets to the start.
