Snoqualmie River Valley (Carnation area)-Intervals Workout
If you are new, please read our newcomer information.
Intervals workout on mostly flat roads in the rural Snoqualmie River Valley near Carnation. On flat sections with little traffic I will lead intervals at a strenuous pace, interspaced with riding at a brisk pace. We will regroup at intersections so it is not necessary to maintain the strenuous pace.
Restroom, short snack break and water on the return leg at Carnation, mile 22. A RideWithGPS route map and cue sheet are at the Link, below. If you need a cue sheet, please print one.
Please be ready to ride 15 minutes before start time. Bring spare tube, tools and skills to fix flats, and have a phone and a plan for rescue if your bike fails.

If weather conditions meet the "Showers cancel" criterion, I will post a ride-cancelled note in Comments, below, at least 2 hours prior and not go to the start. Please check the Comments section before leaving for the ride.
