  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This will be a flat ride from the Auburn Regal Cinema Theaters in Auburn to the Luna Café in West Seattle and return. This will be an enjoyable ride along the Interurban Trail, Green River Trail, Duwamish Trail and the Alki Trail. We will view the eagle's nest along the Green River Trail.  We will then proceed to the Luna Café where we will stop long enough to get a delicious milk shake before heading back along the same route.  While on multipurpose trails we will observe the trail speed limit.  

Have extra tubes and tire pump and a fun attitude.

Please be courteous to your fellow riders and arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start to prepare your bike, listen to the ride briefing and allow us to leave on time.

Cancellations: In the event of a weather cancellation, a notice will be posted in the comments on this page at least two hours before the ride and the ride leader will not be at the ride start location.

Restrooms: Available along the trail in Renton, along the Green River Trail at several locations, and at Luna Cafe.

Cue sheets will not be provided, please print one if desired.

For mentoring opportunity, please contact the Ride Leader at least two days in advance so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the route and discuss any route issues and raise any other questions

I plan on attending the ride tomorrow but have to take my car in for service in the morning in Auburn at the Honda dealership so would like to meet you at the 37th Street intersection with the Interurban Trail looking at the map it's the second one passed Emerald Downs
