MUMPS: Woodinville-UW-520-Redmond Trails Ride

Join the MUMPS (Monday Unemployed Merry Pedalers) for a hot weather trails ride from the Woodinville sports fields parking lot to UW via the BGT, then the 520 trail all the way to Redmond, with a coffee/lunch stop there (mile 28). Then back to Woodinville via the SRT.

Restrooms are available at the start, at Matthews Beach Park, and at the coffee/lunch stop.

Riders should be at the start 15 minutes early to ready their bikes and hear the safety/route talk, for a prompt 10am rollout.

We will regroup as necessary, but it would be a good idea to take my phone number so you can contact me if you have a problem while off the back.

Fenders are highly recommended and appreciated if the roads are wet. You can still ride with us without them, but if you are spraying those behind you we'll ask you to ride at the back. Also be sure to consider the potential for sun and heat, and bring plenty of water and sunscreen.

Please be prepared to take care of flats or minor mechanicals, and have a way to get yourself home or back to start in case you are unable to complete the ride. We'll stop briefly to help if you need it.

Please register in advance on this website to save time at the start. (You need a CBC account, but you don't have to be a member to get one. Or you can register manually at the start.) You don't have to un-register if you can't make the ride.

In case of cancellation the ride leader will not be at the start and a cancellation notice will be posted in COMMENTS below at least two hours prior to start. Please check for potential cancellation prior to heading to the ride.
