  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Social early morning loop around northend of Lake Washington. We will climb Juanita Dr. at our own pace with a regroup at the bridge on the Old Market Trail. After a break for coffee at the Urban Coffee Lounge, we continue riding along the ridge until we intersect the 520 bike trail for our return to Seattle. Cancellation due to showers will be posted on this page 2 hours prior to the start of the ride.

Please arrive at start 10 minutes prior to 9 am start. Restrooms at start and at Log Boom Park.
