  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

  Join our annual ride to Bud Hunt's house and have a tour of his famous Dahlia Garden.  We will meet at Cascade Bicycle Club and ride north on the Burke Gilman Trail,  up Perkins Way (yes, it's a hill) across north Seattle, down through Innis Arden.  Bud and his wife will host us for lunch (Bring your own sandwich.  Non-alcoholic drinks and dessert supplied).  Enjoy Bud's beautiful view of Puget Sound while we eat lunch, followed by a tour of his Dahlias.  We'll then ride back to Cascade on a mostly downhill route.  

This ride is available to for ride leader candidates needing to be mentored (contact the leader at least two days in advance).   Newcomers are welcome.  Register at Cascade Bicycle Club website or sign paper waiver on the day of the ride.  Inclement weather will cancel the ride and ride leader will post the cancellation on the website at least two hours in advance.
