- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a 30.1, 1910' elevation gain as we bike to Edmonds for Gelato. On the way there, we will ride for a long way on the Interurban Trail. In Edmonds, we will have a short stop at Canarino Gelato before heading back to Seattle. On the way back, we will bike through Woodway and have a challenging climb up Innis Arden Way. We will re-group on the tops of all major hills. We will keeping the speed at 15 mph or under while on the Interurban and Burke-Gilman trails. Afterwards, we'll head to the Nickerson Street Saloon for food, drinks and socializing for those interested.
Please make sure to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the start time to get your bike set up, sign the waiver, and to listen to the safety talk.
The ride leaders will not be at the ride start should conditions be as noted in “Showers Cancels” above. I will announce the cancellation in the comments section below at least 2 hours prior to the ride start and will monitor my phone and/or email listed in the contact information. If you have questions about the weather, please call (or email) before you leave for the ride.
