FRUMPS: Kirkland to Issaquah and back
KEEPING RIDERS SAFE

- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a social, and somewhat hilly ride on bike friendly roads, trails, and through neighborhoods in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue to Issaquah where we will have a lunch stop. Return route includes a portion of the Mountains to Sound Greenway and Microsoft Campus. There are hills, but we ride them at our own pace and always regroup at the top; everyone will get a workout. Restrooms available at start.
Park at south end of parking lot. Please arrive in time to be ready to leave at the start time, 1000.
Online Registration - Please register for this ride using the Register Tab. If your name is on the online waiver registration you will not need to sign at the ride start.
Route - Download ridewithgps file or print route cue sheet.
Weather, Showers Cancel - The ride leaders will not be at the ride start should weather conditions meet that definition or worse (rain, snow, ice, fog, wind, etc.). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start. If you have any questions about the ride or weather, please call the phone number listed in the Contact Information, preferably before you leave for the ride.
