- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.

- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.

If you are new, please read our newcomer information.
We'll start out at the Newport Hills Park & Ride (Exit 9 off I-405) and ride around Medina for a bathroom break at mile 10. We'll head out towards Kirkland and loop through Bothell to Woodinville. We'll then head over to the Sammamish River Trail and ride through Redmond where we'll stop at Starbucks at Redmond Town Center for a bit of java, continue on the west side of Lake Sammamish and head back to the park and ride.
Please RSVP by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page. Then put a checkmark in the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. Note that this RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account. If you don't have one and/or don't want one, come to the ride anyway and just sign the waiver/attendee sheet. All are welcome.
If weather conditions meet the cancel criteria on the day of the ride, I will post a ride-cancelled notice in Comments, below, two hours prior. Ice or snow also cancel. Please check here before leaving for the ride.
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ride start to ready your bike and hear the safety briefing. If wet weather, please be courteous to other riders by having fenders on your bike (preferably extra long with a buddy/mud flap).

Tomorrow's Ride
Looks like we may get a break in the weather tomorrow. It might still be wet, but doesn't look like it'll be constant. Unless it's absolutely dumping, I plan on riding! See you all tomorrow.
Breakfast anyone?
Join me for breakfast at Denny's at exit 44 off i-90 at 8:45am if interested.
I have been practicing over
I have been practicing over that route and knew it before that this route will be selected for the national cycling tournament. Click edubirdie.org for more reviews to read. Hopefully I would win this tournament as I practiced a lot for it.
