Meet at the Statue of Liberty at 61st and Alki. Join me as I lead one of my new favorite routes from West Seattle. Route will take us over various bike trails and bridges. We will leave from Alki and head north towards Magnolia and then work our way to Fremont, UW and then take the new 520 Bike Trail over 520. From there we will ride through scenic Medina and we will stop for lunch in Mercer Island. Route back will be over I-90 to the Sodo Trail and back to Alki.
Cue sheet and map is attached. Please bring with you to the ride.
In case it is needed, please come prepared with a pump, spare tube and patch kit. Ride pace will be steady as ride leader is slow on the hills.
Please RSVP by clicking on the red "Register Now" button under the ride title above, then checking the box for "Waiver Signature". This will save us time at the start. Note that the on-line RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account, which is easy to set up, but if you don't want one of those, just come anyway and sign the hard-copy waiver form.
If weather is questionable, I will post cancellation of ride in the Comments section two hours prior to the start of the ride.

Thanks
Thanks again Monica it was a super ride today. If you do it again please try to get to Einsteins earlier, I love that place but they were out of my favorite bagel boo hoo. By the time I got home to my amazement I'd done 55 miles.
