Training for Spring is a 10-week series intended to keep our legs moving and warm throughout the winter and preparing us for spring training rides. Optional social gatherings are available before and after the rides to meet and connect with Ride Leaders and fellow riders. Our mid-ride rest stops will be brief in an effort to retain body heat. Please arrive 20 minutes before the published start time to ready your bike, check in, and participate in the SMART safety discussion. Please register to expedite your check-in process.

The 8th of our 10 week Training for Spring series starts at the Kenmore Park & Ride.  We’ll head east on Burke Gilman Trail to climb our first hill in Woodinville. Then we’ll cut north via Maltby to Broadway and Snohomish for a restroom break. Weather permitting, we may head to the Snohomish Bakery for a slightly longer break. We’ll return on a similar route back. An optional post-ride meal will be at 192 Brewing Company in Kenmore.

If you want a cue sheet, please go to the RideWithGPS link below and print one out for yourself.  There won't be any available from the ride leaders.

Note: There are no bathrooms at the start. Please plan accordingly.

Rest Stops:  Blythe Park MP 2.0 and Snohomish Bakery MP 19.0

Post-Ride Meal Location: 192 Brewing Company, 7324 NE 175th St F, Kenmore
