  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Let's take advantage of the new 520 Bridge Bicycle Path with a twist on the old South Lake Washington Loop.  We'll ride clockwise towards Renton, over the Seward Park and on to Leschi where we'll stop at the Starbucks for refreshments.  We'll then ride towards the U-District through the beautiful Washington Arboretum and onto the new 520 Bridge Trail to Bellevue for our return.

Please RSVP by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page.  Then put a checkmark in the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save.  By doing this you will save time at the ride start.  Note that this RSVP requires a Cascade Bicycle Club account.  If you don't have one and/or don't want one, come to the ride anyway and just sign the waiver/attendee sheet.  All are welcome.  

If weather conditions meet the Showers Cancel criteria on the morning of the ride, I will post a ride-cancelled notice in Comments, below, two hours prior.  Ice or snow also cancel.  Please check here before leaving for the ride.  

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the ride start to ready your bike and hear the safety briefing.  If wet weather, please be courteous to other riders by having fenders on your bike.
