  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Invitation: Let's have fun with the holidays! Decorate your bike, eat cookies and enjoy this social bike ride through Mill Creek to look at the pretty lights. This is a social ride. Due to the nature of the route it is hard to put a finger on the pace, but where there is a flat stretch of road, we will ride a moderate pace. There will be time for pictures, but we have to keep in mind that this is a group ride. No music please (city ordinance).

Where to find us: Take I-5 exit #186, head east for 2.1 miles. Find the Thomas Lake Shopping Center on your right. We will meet on the Rite Aid side.

  • The cue sheet is not worth printing; it has not been adjusted. If you export your route, it's best reduce the distance of the "Notify before Turn?" to 0 as the turns are very close to each other. 
  • Be ready to ride at least 5 minutes before the start of the ride to check off your name or sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing - and eat some cookies. 
  • Front and rear lights are mandatory; no lights, no riding!
  • Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical. Bring a charged cellphone if possible.
