We have waited for so long and now the 520 Trail is finally open! You may have done a North Lake Loop, a South Lake Loop, and/or a Full Lake Loop. Now, we can do a Middle Lake Loop! :-D.
Please join us in front of Cascade Bicycle Club. We will do the Middle Lake Loop counter-clockwise. We will also check out a new trail through the Arboretum (we will go below our posted pace due to the speed limit on the trail) to catch the Lake Washington Loop. We will take the I-90 Trail to the eastside then head back via the 520 Trail.
Please come 15 minutes before the posted start time to hear the safety briefing. Bathroom and water are available at the start, but if you are planning on using them, please come extra early. Signing an e-waiver on Cascade site (red Register Now button below the ride title) ahead of time is not required, but will make the process of the ride start very smooth for you and the Ride Leaders.
Cancellation Policy: A weather cancellation will be posted two hours prior to the ride start time in the comments section below (NOT in the title) and the Ride Leaders will not be at the ride start. Please check here if the weather is sketchy. In addition to showers and rain, ice and other hazardous condition will cancel the ride.
***Because these trails are still new, we cannot plot the exact route on Ride With GPS. Some stretches we used are currently coded for pedestrians or cars only. PLEASE do not attempt to follow this Ride With GPS route on your own if you aren't familiar with the area!

***Ride CANCELLED***
The roads are wet this morning (Friday, 22nd) and the forecast is calling for colder temp for tomorrow (Sat, 23rd). That will create a very hazardous condition of ice for cyclists. Let's be safe and stay warm. We will post this ride in the near future!
Happy Holidays!!!
