It's that time of year! November marks the beginning of the peak rainy season in our beautiful area (Nov., Dec. Jan.). For those of us who ride in all weather, this is just a minor inconvenience, and should be embraced!

November 19th is considered the most likely day of the year for rain, but your ride leader is busy on November 19th, so we'll simply have to hope for rain on the 18th!

We'll take a mix of roads and trails to Marymoor Park, then ride counterclockwise around Lake Sammamish before returning to Woodinville.

We'll stop for coffee and pastries at Tully's Coffee in Issaquah.

It will probably be wet, so fenders are appreciated. But if you don't have fenders, we'll just make your ride in back.

The Ride With GPS route can be found here: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/26486883

Note: there will be lots of wet leaves, pine needles and potentially larger debris on the road around Lake Sammamish. We're hardy, but not crazy, so be careful!

Ride leader mentoring is available for this ride.  If you are interested, please contact me: shaun@ivory.org.

I'll try to meet up with you where the 520 trail intersects the route. I'm guessing you will pass thru there around 9:45 to 10?

9:45 sounds about right. Assuming we get out of there at 9:00 :)

You're starting a bit early for me considering I have about 1-1/2 hours ride to get to Marymoor, but I'll actually set the alarm instead of sleeping in. :)
