This ride has been cancelled twice. Once for excessive smoke and last week due to rain. So let's give it one more try. Maybe a Thursday will be luckier than Wednesday. Come ride some great hills in north King County. We will ride on some quiet roads and through some delightful neighborhoods. We will travel east through Woodinville to Cottage Lake and then make our way south through Bellevue before returning through Kirkland and Juanita. Bring some low gears as there will be some major climbing! This is a stay together ride with lots of turns! We will regroup at the top of hills. There will be no map or cue sheet for handout at the start so you won't want to stray too far from the Ride Leader. :-) You can of course print your own cue sheet from the linked RWGPS route listed below. There is a Starbucks stop 3/4's along the way. We will stop there for a quick snack. Ride Leader will cancel by 7:30 AM if it looks like rain or other inclement conditions. Check the website before you leave home!
To save time and to make the sign-in process much easier, please register for this ride. If you already have a Cascade account make sure you are logged in and click the <Register> button at the top of the ride description, then make sure to check the box indicating you have read the Waiver & Release, add your emergency phone number and click <Save Registration> button. Don’t worry if you can’t make the ride, you needn’t unregister. If you don’t have a cascade free rides account, consider setting one up it only takes a couple of minutes and doesn't cost you a thing. If you’ve pre-registered all you need to do is check off your name at the start of the ride – no lengthy sign-in procedure. Make sure you are registered by no later than 7:30 AM on the day of the ride.
