Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Second Mentored ride for Tim Reese

Come on out and support Tim on his last Mentored ride from the Auburn Regal Theater to the Black Diamond Bakery.

Fenders with buddy flap required if rain is in the forecast.

Must be able to maintain 15 mph on the flat road, we regroup on the top of hills.

Restroom inside Wal-Mart at the start, and at mile 14.7 Black Diamond Bakery- 20 min stop.

New Riders: Welcome - review link below. Riders should be able to maintain the pace and know how to change a flat tire (and carry the equipment to do so).

Cue sheet: Print a cue sheet from the Ride With GPS Route link below.

Regroup: We will regroup at the top of hills. Mechanicals will not stop the group. Have an alternate plan if you cannot finish the ride.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a weather cancellation, it will be posted 2 hours prior to the start in the comments section on Cascade and the Ride Leader will not be at the start.

Tim's second mentored ride!!!

The auburn to black diamond bakery ride will be my 3rd free group ride with the cascade bicycle group. at around 9am tomorow morning it will be 35 degrees but with the rain and wind it will be 5 or more degrees lower. It will nice to meet and visit with you.

I have mild autism - aspergers and add and im a good bicyclists.

I am going to make the cascade bicycle club proud =)

I had a fun and great 3rd free group ride today and i like you richard and i like you patty and you are both good ride leaders. Thank You for having me on your ride. Thank You Patty for the hand warmers i still have them and im going to look into reheating them. I always get kinda sad when the rides are over because im having such a good and fun time i don't want it to end.
