- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

On these early, mild fall days, few things are as invigorating as a bike ride and a big dish of gourmet, ultra-premium ice cream or freshly baked pastry. Join us on our continuing series to sample the area's finest desserts shops as we ride from Enatai Beach Park in Bellevue, around Mercer Island and over to Madrona where two of the best are located a block apart: Molly Moon's Ice Cream and Cupcake Royale. Riders should print the cue sheet (the Ride With GPS link is listed below) and bring a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat. Please arrive by 10:45 am for the safety briefing so we can roll at 11:00 am. Park in the lot underneath I-90 or on local streets if the lot is full. Bathrooms are located inside the park and along the route. NOTE: There are road construction detours on Bellevue Way, so please allow extra time to get to the start.

Ride Registration: To make things go quicker at the start, you can register in advance for the ride by signing into your Cascade account, or by first creating one, and then clicking on the "Register" button at the top of this page.
Cancellation: The ride leader will not be at the ride start should weather meet the definition for cancellation (showers). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section below at least (2) hours prior to the ride start.
