This ride takes us up the Interurban trail to Renton where we will pass by the Seahawks training facility. After making our way over the Mercer Slough we do a 10-mile loop of rolling hills around Mercer Island. We'll have a coffee stop on the island before returning. No restrooms at the start - plan accordingly.

Food/coffee stop: 29 miles, Tully's Coffee

Restroom mile 11-Coulon Park and mile 29

Riders must be able to maintain the pace, read a cue sheet, change a flat (and have the requisite equipment).

Please arrive 30 minutes prior so we can roll out at the posted time. Regroup policy: Regroup at the top of hills as appropriate, waiting a reasonable amount of time and with the best interest of the group in mind.

Please sign the E-waiver by clicking "Register now" and remember to save. Please print a cue sheet if you are unfamiliar with the route, Ride leader will not have extra copies of the cue sheet.

At the rest stops, please be a good representative of our sport and purchase something if using merchant’s facilities to show appreciation.

FOR RAINY CONDITIONS, FENDERS REQUESTED. For the comfort of your fellow riders, we request that riders come with long fenders in case the roads are wet. If you do not have fenders and conditions warrant them, you will be asked to ride in the back of the group as a courtesy to the riders behind you.
If cancellation occurs due to showers, an update will be posted in the comments section on the Cascade.org calendar 2 hours prior to the start time. Ride Leader will not be at the starting point if the ride is canceled.
