- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Let’s go on a Dam Bike Ride. Come out and pedal some country roads. We will leave from the Bonney Lake Park & Ride, making our way over to Buckley and the Enumclaw farmlands. This route has a mix of rolling hills, some low traffic farm roads and one long (2.5 mile) climb to the Mud Mountain Dam for a quick stop. The good part about the long climb is you get a long descent. Park and Ride located behind the Chevron Station.
Riders should be able to sustain the appropriate pace, read a cue sheet, change a flat (and have the requisite equipment), and have a positive attitude.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior so we can roll out at the posted time.
Regroup policy: Regroup at the top of hills as appropriate, waiting a reasonable amount of time and with the best interest of the group in mind.
Be sure to print a cue sheet if you are unfamiliar with the route.
Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page, click the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this you will save time at the ride start. If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register."
If cancellation occurs, an update will be posted 2 hours prior to the start time. Ride Leader will not be at the starting point if ride is cancelled.

Route Adjustment
When I pre rode the route on Wed I discovered Connells Prairie Rd was under construction and not passable. The route has been slightly adjusted. Mileage is now 59.4 and elevation gain is +2208. Still riding to Mud Mountain Dam.
