Meadowbrook Ponds & Carkeek Park

Join us for a 20.1 mile, 1375' elevation gain ride as we tour northern Seattle, visiting the neighborhoods of Ravenna, Wedgewood, Broadview and Phinney Ridge.  Along the way, we will visit the Meadowbrook Ponds, Haller Lake, Carkeek Park and Woodland Park.  We will have some paved and non-paved trails that we will ride on, and there is a short section that will require us to dismount and walk our bikes.  We will have one optional steep hill for the climbing enthusiasts.  Those not interested in doing the optional climb will get a few minutes of rest.  We will re-group on the tops of all major hills.  Afterwards, we'll head to the Nickerson Street Saloon for food, drinks and socializing for those interested.  

Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the start time to get your bike set up, sign the waiver, and to listen to the safety talk.

I will not be at the ride start should conditions be as noted in “Showers Cancels” above. I will announce the cancellation in the comments section below at least 2 hours prior to the ride start and will monitor my phone and/or email listed in the contact information.
