  • Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

A mid-week, hilly ride departing from Cascade headquarters in Magnuson Park heading toward Discovery and Golden Gardens Parks for great views of Puget Sound and downtown.  Coming back we'll visit Coyle's Bakeshop in Greenwood. 

Moderate pace with regroups on hills. New riders please read the information on the Cascade Free Group Rides page. Bring water, a snack, and all necessary tools & tubes in case they are needed. Online preregistration is appreciated. A link to the map and cue on RideswithGPS will be posted.

Feel free to stop in at Cascade headquarters before or after the ride for coffee, tea, or a cold drink.  If a ride is cancelled due to inclement weather, it will be posted here in the comment section by 8:00 a.m. and ride leaders will not be waiting at the start.
