Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Join us for a bike ride and lunch in celebration of Keith Warren’s birthday. We will leave from the Auburn Regal theater, head north on the Interurban Trail, connect with the Green River Trail, ride along the Duwamish River before arriving for a tasty lunch at the quirky and unique Luna Café. Order a milkshake and burger or banana split; the menu is endless. Please plan on 45 minute stop at the café before we head back to Auburn. We will meet at the Auburn Regal Cinema north end parking lot next to Walmart in the Outlet Mall. Bathrooms are available at Walmart.

If you can not join this ride, consider Jackie's ride on Tuesday 8-22, Taco Tuesday, Keith's birthday ride (Steady pace) or join both!

Arrive 30 minutes early, so you have time to ready your bike, and listen to the Cascade SMART Safety talk.

If the ride is canceled due to weather it will be posted here in comments by 7:00 am, and the ride leader will not be waiting at the start.

Come prepared to fix flats and have a plan for dealing with mechanical issues. The group will not wait for flats/mechanical issues so make sure you know the route or have printed a CUE sheet, as well as having a backup ride to pick you up if you can not continue the route. Please register for the ride by clicking on the red Register Now button at the top of this page, click the waiver release box, complete the Emergency Contact Number, and click on Save. By doing this, you will save time at the ride start. If you are unable to attend you do not need to "un-register."
