- Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
- If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
- Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
- Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
- A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

This is a great ride if you're a moderate rider and want to give Brisk a try. Most of the ride is quite flat.
We start at the Newport Hills Park & Ride (exit 9 off 405) and head towards Renton. We'll stop at Coulon Park for a quick bathroom break before heading to the flat, Green River Trail toward Alki Beach where we'll stop at Tully's for a coffee break. Then, we'll head around the waterfront, through the International District towards the Mountain to Sound Greenway Trail, across I-90 bridge and Mercer Island to return to Bellevue. The first 2/3 of the ride is flat as a pancake. This is a friendly ride and we'll stay together.
We will maintain the 15mph speed limit on the mixed use trails. Please arrive 20 minutes early so we can leave on time. Make sure you have an extra tube and air in case of a flat.
In case of weather cancellation, the ride leader will not be at the ride start and will post any cancellation here 2 hours prior to the start time.
