MUMPS: A Moderate Eastside Ramble

  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Note the new MUMPS starting point!  Parking at the old location Logboom Park has become a problem, so we are going to try starting the ride from the parking lot of Woodinville Sports Fields, which is right across the street from Wilmot Park with its bathrooms and water. It's about 5 miles east of Logboom, via the trail.

This is a moderate pace (14-16mph) version of MUMPS. This week's ride heads north to Maltby, east to the Snoqualmie River Valley, then south and west to Redmond with a lunch stop on Novelty Hill at about mile 35.

We will regroup frequently, including at the top of hills.

Please bring plenty of water and sunscreen, and be prepared to take care of flats or minor mechanicals, and have a way to get yourself home or back to start in case you are unable to complete the ride.

In case of cancellation the ride leader will not be at the start and a cancellation notice will be posted in COMMENTS below at least two hours prior to start.

I am reading about MUMPS for the first time and it's a very unique knowledge. We can know a lot more interesting things like this and check gradesfixer services are doing a very nice job for making everyone happy. There are millions of people who are telling greatest things about this brand.

How I miss those beautiful days. When you can ride freely in the city. Now I can ride only on my couch or run in the one place, trying to stay in shape while at home. I'm almost ready to purchase the Stationary bicycle to feel pedals moving under my feet. But for now, I only got a pipe vape mod as a gift from my girlfriend. And I need to say that it is pretty disturbing. Now I really think about the purpose of this relationship...
