Attendance at the pre-ride safety briefing is required to participate in the ride.
If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

Always a fun ride, we'll head out to Alki Beach via Renton for a cup of coffee before riding towards Seattle and over to the Mountain to Sound Greenway, across Mercer Island and back to the start. The first 35 miles is very flat with some rollers on the way back. If you're on the border of moderate and brisk, this is a great ride for you. There is no bathroom at the start but we'll stop at Coulon Park three miles into the ride.

While riding on the trails, we will abide by the 15mph speed limit.

Ride leader mentoring available. In case of rain, the ride leader will not be at the start. Weather cancelation will be posted here at least two hours prior to the ride start. Call 425-891-7079 or email if questionable weather.
