  • If you have tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone with COVID, follow the quarantine and isolation guidelines. In general, if you have COVID or are displaying COVID symptoms, or if you are sick with the flu or a cold, you should not participate in group rides.
  • Carry a face covering in case a business or public transit requires their use.
  • Please, no spitting or “snot-rockets” while participating.
  • A CPSC certified helmet is required to be worn to participate.

NOTE THAT THE RIDE START IS AT NEWPORT HILLS PARK NOT THE PARK AND RIDE.

We'll ride at a moderate pace at 14-16mph on flat terrain, self pace while riding up the hills, and regroup at the top of each hill. There is no restroom at the P&R where we meet so we'll stop at the Shell Station at about the 1/2 mile mark. We'll make a second stop for rest room and nutrition at Issaquah Coffee at mile 17 where you can purchase food or consume your own. Please print a cue sheet from the link if you use one, and bring a spare tube and equipment to fix a flat if needed. 

The ride leader will not be at the ride start should weather meet the definition for cancellation (showers). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start.

I don't mind riding in the rain, but this is rediculous.  It is absolutely pouring right now and KOMO radio just said 1/2 inch is expected through the afternoon.  Argh!!
