Get ready for daylight savings time! This vigorous paced (19mph) 48 mile ride will take us along the Seattle waterfront to Alki beach- an 18 mile flat warm up - and then some hills in West Seattle and over to Renton. Our goal will be to stay together as much as possible, regrouping at the top of longer climbs. We will observe 15mph speed limit on multi-use paths. Coffee stop at Third Place Books in the Seward Park neighborhood, then return via Lake Washington and Montlake. Meet at 9am in the lower Woodland Park parking lot for pre-ride safety brief, then rolling promptly at 0915. Restrooms available at the start, and we'll break at miles 16 and 35. Coffee at mile 38. Please come with fenders if the roads are wet. Ride mentoring opportunity available. Hope to see you.
